- ➤ Iowa State University police reported 13 arrests and 39 alcohol citations on Saturday when Iowa State hosted Iowa in the annual Cy-Hawk game—eight arrests were for public intoxication and one for OWI, with citations issued for underage possession, and the department recorded 67 first aid calls along with five ambulance transports as it urged fans to drink responsibly.
