Good morning, Ames.

Ames police are asking for help finding 14-year-old Rebecca Turner—who is about 5’5” tall with blue eyes and weighs 250 lbs and was last seen Monday in the 300 block of South 5th Street wearing a light-colored camouflage hoodie and black shorts—as they urge anyone with information to call 515-239-5133.

At the West Des Moines training facility on Wednesday, 214 Iowa National Guard soldiers were honored before joining 1,800 troops to deploy to the Middle East to support Operation Inherent Resolve.
