- ➤ An Iowa immigrant rights group said it will not provide confidential details about its clients, donors and members after state Rep. Charley Thomson sent a directive on Feb. 24 demanding the information for a committee investigation + warning of fines or criminal liability; the group calls the request an abuse of process amid a national crackdown on immigration.
